For your group events, the Rose Garden Inn proudly offers the Fay House. Built in 1903, and converted to guestrooms in 1989, Fay House is one of the original Victorian mansions that lined Telegraph Avenue. It has overlooked 100 years of progress while maintaining the old world charm that made houses of this era so special. When renovated, the house was re-plumbed so that all nine guest rooms would have private baths - as well as public rest room on the first floor. With period wall paper and gorgeous woodwork, the Fay House is like stepping back in time.
Featuring 9 guestrooms, Fay House is perfect for housing corporate meetings, team building events, family reunions and wedding parties. With complimentary WI-FI and 32" flat screen TVs - you won't need to trade modern amenities for the historic feel. There is something special about your guests having their own private "home" to share rather than average hotel rooms. And a full American buffet breakfast is served every morning complimentary.
Book A Historic Mansion
Book a mansion which includes rental of all 9 rooms and your group will have private access as well as to the Fay Parlor. The large parlor on the first floor works perfectly for business meetings, team building, or a private gathering spot for your guests. In essence, your overnight guests will pay your meeting room rental fees. For a nominal fee, the Salon can be set for seated dining functions and will hold up to 32 people comfortably. Since the Fay House is a converted home, there are several unique accommodations encompassed in the nine rooms.
